As of September 15, 2010, all tournament fees are non-refundable. All club teams and tournament organizers desire to have as much lacrosse played as possible, but should there be untimely weather events that alter the schedule we agree (tournament organizers) that your deposit will be refunded to you if 25% or fewer of your teams games are played. The tournament reserves the right to modify/shorten game lengths and change game times to insure that the most contests are played and that every team receives opportunities to compete.
